Project Management - Program Management - Project Rescue

TRG is available to perform consulting engagements on a task-order basis. This consulting will be performed for
specific deliverables over fixed periods of time. These projects are defined with a Statement of Work (S. O. W. )
prior to beginning the task.

The Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMBOK®

The Project Management Institute (PMI) is now in the third release of its landmark process definition
and structure for managing projects and programs, the PMBOK®. TRG project managers are certified
as Project Management Professionals, PMPs, with a knowledge of and dedication to adherence to
PMI standards in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.

Technical Start-ups - Products, Processes, and People

TRG has wide experience working with start-up companies and projects in technical fields. The problems that
plague start-up companies fall into similar patterns of people, processes, resources, and systems that can be
handled more efficiently if experienced assistance is brought in for the specific task of facilitating the birth and
development of the company or startup.

Turnarounds/Crisis Project Rescue

In the thirty years of professional experience Bill Dannenmaier has frequently been brought into organizations
and projects that were already in a crisis situation. Given the authority by management to make major changes
in process, people, and systems TRG is ready to step into any situation and deliver improvement over a
pre-defined timeframe.
