TRG provides interesting and engaging sessions that speak directly to the needs of the audience. Seminars
are structured so that there is a mixture of hands-on activities, demonstrations, and lecture all focused on the
topic at hand. This use of a variety of techniques to one purpose ensures a further understanding and
deepening of understanding.
We use instructional materials from the Consulting Psychologists Press (CPP) and the Center for Applications
of Psychological Type (CAPT) in the United States and from the Oxford Psychologist's Press (OPP) in Europe
along with materials that we have developed internally.   These two courses are an introduction to the MBTI and
further training in the MBTI with a more detailed instrument, the MBTI Step II.
Introduction to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®)
This seminar introduces the participants to the MBTI and assists them in understanding not only their own
personality type, but also the types of other people.  The seminar uses lecture, examples, and multimedia
presentation to ensure each individual is personally aware of the concepts being discussed.  By the end of the
day-long seminar, participants are able to use the
MBTI Type Table to analyze teams of people for potential
conflicts and blindspots.  TRG believes that applying knowledge from a seminar cements the learning to the
participant.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Step II
The MBTI Step II gives a deeper understanding of the aspects of personality that underly a person's
personality type. TRG uses the MBTI Step II with managers whose teams are being analyzed and as the
beginning of a coaching relationship.
