TRG provides both seminar and workshop experiences. TRG has differentiated its services by
increasing the focus on individuals, with much of the work of our programs being in a one-on-one context
tailored to the needs of the organization, group, and individual. Focusing on the individual is the best way
to overcome English as a Second Language (ESL) and other inter-cultural and multi-cultural issues that
may be present in a group setting.

Seminars

Our seminars are structured so that there is a mixture of hands-on activities, demonstrations, and lecture
all focused on practical use in the workplace. This use of a variety of techniques to one purpose meets
the various needs of diverse teams and ensures a furthering and deepening of understanding for all.

Workshops

TRG designs workshops around a discrete set of topics in
consultation with our clients. Specific issues are identified
in conversation with the leaders of a group, or are identified
as part of MBTI Type Analysis of the group, or are revealed
through interaction with the group. These issues are then
addressed and remediated in a group setting, with timing
determined in consultation with the client. The focus is to
develop practical applications for immediate use in the
workplace.
