Workshops are about the participants themselves working on some issue or objective that has been set in
advance by the group or its management. In this context TRG provides the facilitation, direction, and leadership of
workshops for professionals and private groups. Using the MBTI® as grounding in many cases for our
understanding of the dynamics of individuals and groups we work actively to provide interesting and engaging
sessions that speak directly to the needs of the audience.
As a general rule all workshops involve prior planning, along with a certain amount of logistics for arranging the
flow of activities, the resources required, and the space that will be used for working sessions. This prior planning
involves the following steps:
Meet with management sponsor of workshop
Develop plan, syllabus, resource requirement plan
Gain agreement with management on workshop design and resources
Arrange with facilities
Workshop
Follow up with management
The following three workshops are topics for which TRG has established curricula and are representative of
the types of issues dealt with in our workshops.
Team Improvement
Problem Solving
Goal Setting
TRG's workshops usually take the form of an "off-site" or "retreat" with the participants physically leaving
their normal workspace. Oftentimes it takes the form of a multiple day event. This facilitates focus on the
topic and gives the participants the opportunity for camaraderie.
Most workshops are custom-built for the participants and their issues.  There is no set rule for the manner in
which a workshop will take place, but a typical flow of events is described in the
example training.
If you are interested in any of these workshops or have issues within your organization that can be
addressed in through a focused workshop facilitated by objective, experienced, trainers; please
