Introduction to Speedreading People®
Understanding and Reaching Others
This seminar is designed to assist salespeople, negotiators, litigators, or anyone who regularly must meet new
people and influence or persuade them.  The seminar gives an understanding of how to quickly identify others'
personality type and temperament and then influence them.  These two facets of the training are summarized as:
SpeedReading People
The ability to quickly gain critical insights into others’ values and motivations and to predict future behavior.
SpeedReaching People
To quickly establish rapport and increase your influence with others so they will be more receptive to your
ideas, products or services.
This seminar is a dynamic eight-hour learning experience – mixing presentations, viewing and discussion of
videotapes, role-playing and simulations, and group collaboration on realistic case-studies.  It introduces
basic SpeedReading People concepts and techniques in the context of
effective management:
Assessing one’s own Personality Type and how it influences the way one communicates and processes
information
Quickly identifying the Personality Types of the people with whom they interact
Developing strategies for communicating effectively with anyone
Applying the skills and insights to management-related challenges like mediating conflicts, motivating
underperformers, managing complex production environments, leading meetings, or building vital work-
groups.
