some additional work is necessary. The process of type verification helps those individuals be sure that they are
comfortable with their results and that they have identified their "best-fit" type. This process consists of a
discussion with a qualified administrator that helps resolve differences between the individual's perception of
themselves and the personality type suggested by their results from the indicator. It also provides a valuable
opportunity for questions about the MBTI and its intended use to be asked and answered in a confidential setting.
