Groups and individuals will own goals they set for themselves

This workshop is a unique session aimed at improving organizational performance through clarity of goals and
focus at multiple levels of a management chain. Managers and employees meet in a joint session to assess the
organization, acknowledge issues, identify lessons learned in the past, discuss current challenges, and develop
goals and action plans for the future. TRG facilitates the session to help balance open discussion of issues with
progress toward positive solutions.
