This workshop assists teams in establishing effective group processes. Topics include objective setting, action
planning, action item follow-up, communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution. The effect of individual
work styles on the team is examined and the impact of leadership style is explored in depth. The value of
individual differences is emphasized with the goal of maximizing individual contribution while minimizing
intra-group conflict. The workshop introduces practical concepts with tools for immediate use by the team.

This workshop can be adjusted to meet particular needs of client teams. It can be used as a companion
